Nature of the project
FrostNod is a private technical project. Access is provided without payment to a limited circle and is not a public offer, a paid tariff, a subscription sale or a promise to provide a public communications service.
Personal access
An invitation, subscription URL, QR code, panel login and other credentials are personal. Do not publish, resell, exchange or transfer them without the project owner's permission.
The owner may limit, replace or revoke access if credentials are compromised, the network is overloaded or these rules are violated.
Acceptance and eligibility
Using a FrostNod configuration means that the user has read and accepts these rules and the Privacy policy.
Third-party applications
FrostNod does not publish an official application.
Lawful and careful use
Use FrostNod only for lawful personal purposes.
Prohibited activity
- Attacks and unauthorized access.
- Spam, phishing, fraud and malware.
- Unlawful material and rights infringement.
- Disruptive high-load activity.
- Interference with FrostNod controls.
Availability and changes
The project is provided as available, without an SLA or guarantee.
Suspension and termination
The administrator may limit, rotate or revoke access when necessary.
Privacy and security
The Privacy policy describes data processing and user rights.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
You decide whether FrostNod is suitable for your situation. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
