Contacts
One direct channel for access questions, incidents, security notices and privacy requests.
Messages are handled personally. There is no paid support desk or public sales department.
What to include
Briefly describe the device, operating system, client application, connection type and what stopped working. Screenshots are useful, but remove subscription URLs, QR codes, passwords and private identifiers first.
Credential leak or abuse
If a subscription link, QR code or panel password may have leaked, report it immediately and ask for replacement. For suspected abuse, include the approximate time and a concise description; do not send unrelated personal data.
Data requests
Requests to review, correct or remove access-related information should be sent from the Telegram account associated with that access. This is necessary to verify that the request comes from the correct person.
Response format
Telegram is the only listed support channel. Response time is not guaranteed because FrostNod is maintained as a private non-commercial project, but security and access-loss reports are prioritized.
