This policy applies to frostnod.xyz, status pages, subscription endpoints, VPN infrastructure and the partner portal.

People and processing operations

Purposes and legal grounds
Information is processed only to operate and secure FrostNod.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing relies on the user request and access agreement, legitimate interests, consent where specifically requested, and legal obligations.
VPN traffic and logging
A VPN server necessarily receives network packets and connection metadata in memory so that it can route traffic to the requested destination.
HTTPS content remains encrypted between the user and the destination.
Third-party VPN clients
FrostNod does not publish an official mobile or desktop application.
When a subscription URL or deep link is imported, the selected application and operating system may receive that URL.
Partner authorization through Telegram
Partner sign-in uses Telegram OpenID Connect with the openid and profile scopes.
Telegram acts independently under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and local storage
The public site stores only the selected language in browser local storage.
Site assets are served from FrostNod itself.

- Hosting and network provider.
- Telegram authorization.
- Third-party client software.
- Legally required disclosures.

The primary FrostNod server is located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Requesting access does not waive mandatory data-protection rights.
Retention and deletion schedule
- Web logs: current file plus up to fourteen daily archives.
- Short-lived login and session records.
- Partner events and revoked records: up to ninety days.
- VPN account records: while access is active.

Your data-protection rights
Depending on applicable law, a person may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to certain processing or withdraw consent.

Where the GDPR applies, a person may also complain to a competent supervisory authority. The official directory is available from the European Data Protection Board.

FrostNod applies technical and organisational security controls, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security.
Subscription links, QR codes and panel passwords must be kept secret.
